December 2, 2011 – More people are turning to retail clinics within drugstores and grocery stores to meet their acute care needs, according to a new study from the RAND Corporation. And they’re visiting these clinics more often, which could bode well for nurse practitioners (NPs) and others hoping to work in these settings.
